2. Skills and Traits
- From the Job description you will be able to define skills and traits that are required for this position. You can put them down into two buckets of must have and good to have.
- You will then have to figure out how to measure these traits during the hiring process.
3. Process set up and onboarding
- Now that you know how you are going to measure the skills and traits it is important to set up the hiring process. Check if it aligns with the default/regular hiring process, if not set up the new process.
- Onboard all stakeholders - hiring mangers, team leaders that are going to be involved in the hiring process.
